This Agreement, the Note, the Indenture, the Regulatory Agreement, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, the Administration Agreement and the Trust Deed constitute the entire Agreement and supersede all prior written and oral agreements and arrangements between the Authority and the Borrower regarding the subject matter of the Contract. Administrative law is the law that governs the activity of the administrative authorities of the government. Actions taken by government authorities may include the development of rules, the decision or the implementation of a specific regulatory program. Administrative law is considered a branch of public law. .
