I've done SCCA rallycross, SCCA Solo, SCCA ProSolo, and now am looking into getting into Rally America in 2011. Christy is the fastest female in the country in SCCA Rallycross and the only woman to win a National SCCA Rallycross event, the 2008 National Rallycross Challenge.  Christy placed 7th (out of 19) at the 2010 SCCA Rallycross National Championship in the Modified 2WD class, in only her 2nd event in her 1992 Nissan Sentra SE-R.  What makes this even more amazing was the fact that the Sentra had a broken LSD and popped out of gear on nearly every run on the 2nd day of competition.  Christy also finished 2nd at this year's SCCA Solo National Championships in the STUL class, finishing only .2 seconds behind the winner.\r\n\r\nFor work I am a meteorologist by day, programmer\/Ph.D. student by night. Got into SCCA motorsports after receiving a free membership by buying a Subaru WRX in 2004.
