2011 SEMA Show

10 Nov , 2011   David

Last week I took a trip out to Las Vegas to attend SEMA. SEMA draws some of the auto industry’s best and brightest. I have to admit the amount of cars, displays and exhibits was almost overwhelming. In 2 days, I was not able to see everything and a lot of what I did see was rushed.

Scion FR-S concept car at SEMA

One of the highlights of the show the SCION FR-S concept car, which is just a beautiful piece of work. I can’t wait to see the finished version. Some of the specs have leaked online and it should be a great car.

Ken Block HFHV Ford Fiesta at SEMA

Ford had a trio of Fiesta RallyCross cars on hand, including Tanner Foust’s, Brian Deegan’s and of course Ken Block’s. Ken Block’s HFHV was also on display at the Mobil 1 exhibit along with the Hoonigan Rauh-Welt project car. Hyundai had Rhys Millen’s Veloster RallyCross car on display along with a V8 version of the Genesis Coupe. You may consider these models if you’re looking to buy New Hyundai Cars. To earn extra cash for your car purchase, you may sell an old car to a car shop that offers cash for cars. Afterwards, you need to shop around for a cheap car insurance policy with comprehensive coverage.

Monster Tajims GoPro Pikes Peak record breaking Suzuki at SEMA

GoPro had Monster Tajima’s record setting Pikes Peak car, as well as Monster himself signing autographs throughout the week. Subaru had Mark Higgins Isle of Man TT Challenge car and Dave Higgins Rally America Championship car on display.

And that barely scratches the surface. Check out the SEMA 2011 Photo Gallery to see a bunch more that was on display.
